When we got there we heard the sad news that Savannah, Grace's instructor, was riding her horse Copper at a show on Sunday where he refused a jump and threw her. Unfortunately she broke her ankle in the fall. Poor Savannah.
At the tractor supply store we bought a bag of apple flavor horse treats. Grace always brings a handful along to give as treats. After her ride with Moses she gave him a few.
Then we stopped by the minis and gave them some. So cute and tiny!
It started to rain while we were there and rained all night long. Luckily we got our ride in first!
Sunday was interesting. We got all new auxiliary presidents. Jodie is now the RS Pres. I am supportive of that..but sad that we aren't working together anymore :( Leisa Wiest is the YW president. I am very excited, she will be great. Michelle is the new activity day leader, which Grace is happy about. There were some good changes so it was an exciting week. It felt awfully small and strange with so many friends missing. That is the way of things though, nothing stays the same. Rob also got a new calling, one he is happy about I think. He was called to be the executive secretary. He'll do a great job.
