Today is the state competition of science Olympiad. Rob took Grace and one of her teammates and spent the day being a stage dad. From the reports I've heard it seems like Grace is having a great time. Her hovercraft was very unfairly disqualified, she didn’t have a screen under the liftfan but it was fine at regionals so that seems unfair. It’s too bad because her design was great and she built it herself and it works. 

Maybe next year.

The competition was at CalTech and I guess the campus is very pretty.

The family has been doing great while I’ve been gone. They’ve made dinner, gone to practices, weeded the yard. 

On Tuesday the YM did a service project.

Today Abba, Nana and UB came to meet the girls. It was so fun to see them. Between feedings they took us out to lunch and they brought the twins gifts and admired how cute they are. I wish we lived close to them.
