first day of march

Last night was Ethan's turn for FHE.  He teaches the same lesson every time it's his turn.  He calls it "our bodies are a temple".  He tell us our bodies are a temple and we need to take care of them, and then we play a sport.  Usually soccer.  Last night for a change we played basketball in the garagemahal.  We played knock out. I won.  Well, Ethan let me. After we went in the hot tub, and looked at the stars, and enjoyed the warm water.

Meanwhile in Utah Tate had her school's night time art walk.  Greg got off work early and they all went.  Look how awesome our little artist's work is!
Art night
Today I subbed 6th grade history.  Easy breezy day.  Got a lot of reading done as the kids were really good, and they had a test, every period... :)
Rob had a hard day at work.
Percy played with a pencil and a straw and played the piano.
Ziva went on a walk with Sawyer and Hannah.
Hannah and Ethan went to mutual, they watched "Inside Out" and had treats.
Sawyer came over after school, Hannah made chicken pot pie and rice krispe treats.
Grace forgot her science homework at school, first time ever she forgot her work. She was sad and then thought to call Ofelia and she got the work from her. We brought home some cold stone banana with banana mix-in for Grace and she was thrilled.
Rob and I went to Mercado, (Mexican around the corner) we miss Salsa's.
Last week Ethan went to the dermatologist.  We got a prescription that took 4 days and 3 trips to Walgreens to get filled.  Finally we have all the steps and tonight we had lessons on what to do.
I said Ethan wash your face.  To which he looked at me blankly and said "what do you mean?".
Hannah came in the bathroom and demonstrated. Then he washed his face.  Sad but true story.  Then he moisturized and applied the ointment.  This is to be repeated twice a day for six weeks before we go back.  I have my doubts about how well it will go.
Tomorrow he goes to the orthodontist. We also reviewed teeth brushing :)  13 year old boys are not known for their impeccable hygiene habits.
