Happy Mother's Day

We had a very lovely Mother's Day. I thought the talks at church were especially good. During Sunday school we had a wonderful discussion about being a Pharisee versus being someone who follows God's plan in a loving way. People had a lot of insightful comments. After relief society the young men handed out pints of Ben & Jerry's ice cream to all of the sisters. I thought this was the best Mother's Day present they've ever given.
We came home and had lunch, then changed our clothes and drove down to historic St. Mary's city. It was fun to walk around with Rob and Tori and show them some of the sites.

Hannah prepared an amazing feast for dinner. She spent all day and it could not have been tastier!

After dinner she and I went down to the basement and made a costume for thespian induction week. Tomorrow they have to dress like their favorite Broadway character.

We didn't do too badly for people who had no pattern and only two hours of time.
