We got off the ship first thing and headed home. The kids are great road trippers. Hannah got the first Harry Potter book to be read to us and we listened happily across many states.
We stopped to eat a couple of times, made some phone calls, talked about the fun times on the cruise and looked out the window.
Finally after 11 hours of driving we stopped at Fayetteville NC for the night. We only have 4.5 hours left for tomorrow!
We are here early enough to order a pizza and watch "fat guys in the woods", a tv series we've never heard of but are all enjoying.
I asked everyone what their favorite cruise thing was. Grace said swimming with the dolphins. Ethan said the food, playing soccer and joking around with the family. Hannah liked the kitchen tour. Everyone agrees that it was a lot of fun.
Family pictures from formal night. I like the way they turned out but was sad we didn't have Clayna and D&G and kids in it. That would have been awesome! And next time I'm buying white pants for Rob
Love these photos! If it is hard to justify white pants for Rob (since he would likely not wear them again), maybe some flax colored linen or stone colored slacks. Definitely tropical : )
