Fallish

I am subbing in first grade today. It's the end of the day and we are in the computer lab. What a piece of cake way to finish our day. No song and dance, no running around the room, just happy kids with headphones on their ears playing learning games.
It was a very good day. The kids were great, the plans were interesting and appropriate and easy to follow. A sigh of relief after last week's nightmare class.
Mom's surgery went well. Of course recovery is tough but I am confident it will be worth it in the end. Poor mom.
Our new conference challenge is to ponderize the scriptures. We are to pick a verse and 80% ponder/20% memorize for a week, thus writing the verse on our hearts and making the scripture a life long friend. Rob picked one right away. I have been searching the choices and have yet to choose. This is silly. I need to just pick and move on:)

  1. We decided to do it as a family. I set up a blog and we rotate once a week sharing a scripture and our thoughts on it. Everyone is free to comment. Kind of like a long distance FHE.
