Only sign of fall

We went to Uno tonight and I got this very fall inspired dessert. It is only early September but I suspect fall in Florida isn’t very fally. It is hot and sweaty every day. I don’t hate the heat but I don’t like showering and changing my underwear twice a day. Lots more laundry added to our already largish laundry pile!

Unpacking is going well. House stuff keeps hitting unexpected bumps. We, on purpose, choose a more

modest in cost and size home. Unfortunately we keep finding things that we have to fix that cost $$$. The newest fix is the bathroom. It was recently renovated with a beautiful tiled shower. However they didn’t use a liner between the tile and the floor so it’s leaking into the downstairs bathroom...and across the ceiling. So we have to rip out a brand new bathroom and hope it hasn’t damaged the walls or ceiling. And that is not going to be cheap. 

...maybe it would have cost less to buy a more expensive home??
