made it home!

We made it home! The trip went really well.  We listend to Harry Potter and the Philosphers Stone.  Super great way to pass the time and Grace hasn't read the books yet so that was a perfect start.

All was well when we got here.

Picked up Ziva.  She was happy to see us.

Now we have two weeks to sell the house, pack and fly to CA.

We have started working on our living in California bucket list:

eat dinner at the French Laundry (that one is for Hannah, she wants to do it on her 17th birthday)
Monterrey bay aquarium
visit San Fransisco
weekend trip to the apple farm, a B&B
go to Universal when HP world opens
go to Disney
la brea tar pits
Santa Monica pier (that one is by Grace)
learn to surf and snowboard (guess who?)
learn Spanish (that one is me)
go to the banana farm by Santa Barbara
san diego zoo (obviously)
plant a citrus tree
catalina island (I have never been)
San Diego (a lot)
drive up PCH
