home alone

We dropped Ethan off at the airport. A task that took all day thanks to some regularly scheduled flight delays.

Now we are home alone for over a week.

Weird.

Luckily we still have the animals.  They missed us while we were gone.  This morning I woke up to Percy wanting some attention.  He nuzzled my nose like a little wild lion does to show affection.  It was so sweet. Z is always nearby too.
