This morning two cars left the house. One was going to work and to the dentist. The other was going to spend the day at the beach with friends. There was much weeping and wailing and gnashing of teeth, but it was not from the car that you would expect. The children did not want to leave the house. They never want to leave the house. We have forced family fun quite frequently.
Grace spent a lot of time in the water and ended up having a very fun day.
Hannah also ended up in the water and also ended up having fun. She and Brayden get along really well and are becoming pretty good friends.
Julie had her too cute grandsons with her, Rigdon and Emmett. Lucky grandma gets the boys for three weeks!
Ethan never got in the water and spent his time laying in the sand complaining. I don't think he had a great day.
I had a nice day other than the children's caprices. I love sitting on the beach and watching the water, we saw lots and lots of dolphins and some seals. It is always super fun to visit with Julie.
We went to the spot for lunch, and stopped at a fruitstand on the way home.
Rob's been having a toothache, which is a big bummer. He saw the dentist this morning and is having a root canal tomorrow:(
