So my big plan for the day was to drive to the stake center and clean the closet. Jodie came with and we met Tara. The big closet clean went well and we threw away a bunch of stuff we didn't need and organized the rest and felt pretty good about ourselves. Except I threw away a bunch of old permission slips and now am worried that I should have shredded them instead. They were from a long long time ago.
Anyway, the missionaries were meeting in the building as well. And while we were cleaning we found a huge roll of caution tape. So one of the three of us thought it would be a good idea to tape the Presidents door as he would be doing interviews tonight. Then we thought better of it. Another of us thought taping the missionaries car would be good. The other two agreed and so a plan was hatched. We went out in the parking lot and began our work. Around and around and over and under we went...we were on our way to a nicely wrapped car when the elders came out into the parking lot and told us it was NOT their car. OOOPS! They did relieve us of the rest of our tape however and someone got a nice surprise, along with a Aprils Fool's note. This is why I don't prank, it never goes well!
Today Grace had French lessons and also Brownies. Ethan had science and math homework. Hannah has been on a skirt making spree.. which means a messy sewing area for me. Why does she leave a trail of debris in her wake? And R worked late.
