Sabbath Day

This morning was cold and sunny.  A perfect day to start the countdown to Christmas.  Grace let me do her hair and she looked so pretty, like a snow princess.  We drove to church and took our seats.  I love to go to church in Dec. I love to sing the Christmas carols.  It was fast and testimony day, then we had our classes.  A lot of people were missing, probably traveling home from Thanksgiving trips.

When we got home we had a quiet afternoon.  We watched Celtic Women Christmas Concert.  We pulled out our Christmas decorations and put up our little owl tree.  Since we are going to be in Ohio for Christmas we are not going to do our main tree, although this year I want to buy a 12ft one when they go on clearance after Christmas.    We walked the dogs and watched some home movies.  Ate some chili and pumpkin pie.  Just like that our holiday is over, tomorrow we are back to school and work.
