This morning we went to Val's ward.  Mackenzie spoke and did a great job.

When we got home we played puzzles and read books, watched "The Brady Bunch", made chicken pillows for lunch and the girls made cinnamon pop treats.

7 Peaks

Today we had lots of coming home from vacation chores to do. Laundry and grocery shopping.  Dani and Greg have made us so welcome in the cute home and for our part we're trying not to leave a trail of debris around :)

This afternoon Val and I took the kids to 7 peaks water park.  It was lots of fun.

Jenna came over for dinner!  Yay for our soon to be graduate!  After dinner we went to the Book Store and out for frozen yoghurt.

Driving home

Our vacation in Tahoe is over. It wasn't long enough. It was hard saying goodbye to everyone this morning. Now we're headed to Utah so that's something:)

Last Mimi club. Joneaux loved every one. For this one we read Tina Tina Cocalina and made cupcakes:) All the kids were so cute I really enjoyed reading with them.

The boys had a great time playing together! Crazy cousins are the best.

Fishing was a highlight of the trip for all of us.

Bears, fish, coyotes, hikes, paddle boards, freezing beach days, shopping, playing, praying, being together: priceless.

last day in Tahoe

 This morning we went to a trout farm.  The kids had a great time.  Anna caught the biggest fish.  We came home with tons of fish and many happy fishermen.

 Alec and Kelly didn't come with us.  They headed out on a bike ride instead.

 We ate the fish and french fries for lunch.  Tasty!!!

 In the afternoon we went to the lake one last time.  It was pretty chilly but we had fun.

 Every night we have had devotionals.  Every night we have played lots of games.  Every day we've had tons of fun!

 We're collecting all kinds of animal sightings.  Tonight we were visited by 3 coyotes.  They hung around the backyard for a long time and we watched them eat and circle around.  It's the best kind of animal planet.  The family, sitting in the dark whispering to each other, while wild animals wander about below.

 We went on a fun nature hike and took some family pictures.

 Gramps played bubbles with the girls in the morning.  We went to some shops and the boys went golfing.

 Anna and Amadeo made a delicious dinner and dessert.  Andrea and Yoho gave a very nice devotional.  We had a couple mimi club meetings.  The children swam.

 I can't believe we only have one more fun day left!

Beach Day

 Today we headed over to Zypher's Cove.  It was chilly but that didn't stop us from having a great time!

 There was soccer playing, and some football.  Some brave swimmers, paddle boarding and lots of sitting in the sand and shivering!
